Molybdenum EDM Wire

High-Precision Molybdenum Wire – Versatile Component for Heaters, Leads and Mandrels. Manufactured with high-purity molybdenum (Mo ≥ 99.95% or higher) and advanced doping technologies, our molybdenum wire is available in four types: pure molybdenum, HCT (potassium-silicate doped), Mola (lanthanum oxide doped), and molybdenum-tungsten alloy (MB). Diameters range from less than 0.001 inches to 0.187 inches, with precise tolerances (±1.5% to ±3% depending on diameter and type). Doped molybdenum wires (HCT, Mola) have higher recrystallization temperatures and better ductility, suitable for demanding applications such as halogen lamp leads and glass-to-metal seals.
